Here&#8217;s a full breakdown of what to expect:<\/p>\n<h2>Welcome to Dagali \u2013 Check-in and introduction<\/h2>\n<p>Your adventure begins at our base by Geilo Airport Dagali, just 25 minutes from Geilo. Upon arrival, you\u2019ll be greeted by our friendly and experienced guides \u2013 some of the most skilled in Europe. With decades of experience, we know the Numedalsl\u00e5gen like the back of our hand.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before hitting the river, you\u2019ll:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be fitted with all necessary gear: wetsuit, wetsuit shoes, helmet, and life jacket<\/li>\n<li>Receive a full safety briefing and paddle instruction<\/li>\n<li>Learn what to do in the river and how to work as a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Safety is always our top priority. Den kalles ikke <strong>\u201cLille Zambezi\u201d<\/strong> uten grunn!<\/p>\n<p>Hva skjer underveis?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Du og laget ditt padler sammen gjennom stryk av ulik vanskelighetsgrad, alt fra morsomme b\u00f8lger til mer tekniske utfordringer<\/li>\n<li>Guiden sitter bak i fl\u00e5ten og styrer retningen \u2013 men du bidrar aktivt som padler!<\/li>\n<li>Underveis f\u00e5r du garantert noen overraskelser, kanskje en liten sv\u00f8mmetur eller en ekstra utfordring (frivillig, selvf\u00f8lgelig)<\/li>\n<li>Turene varer mellom <strong>2<\/strong><strong>\u00a0og 3 timer<\/strong>, avhengig av turtype og vannstand<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Vannstanden varierer gjennom sesongen<\/strong>, noe som gj\u00f8r at elva kan oppleves helt forskjellig p\u00e5 ulike tidspunkter. Tidlig sommer gir h\u00f8y vannf\u00f8ring og mer fart, mens sensommer gir mer tekniske og presise stryk.<\/p>\n<h2>Let\u2019s go \u2013 Time for the river<\/h2>\n<p>Once everyone is geared up, you\u2019ll be transported to the starting point on the Numedalsl\u00e5gen \u2013 Northern Europe\u2019s most technical commercial rafting river. It\u2019s not called the &#8220;Little Zambezi&#8221; for nothing!<\/p>\n<p>What happens on the river?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You and your crew will paddle through rapids of varying difficulty \u2013 from fun waves to more technical sections<\/li>\n<li>Your guide will steer the raft from the back \u2013 but you\u2019ll be an active part of the team!<\/li>\n<li>Along the way, expect some surprises \u2013 maybe a swim or a bonus challenge (optional, of course!)<\/li>\n<li>Trips last between 2 and 3 hours, depending on the tour type and water levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The river changes throughout the season. Spring brings high water and fast-paced rapids, while late summer offers more technical and precise lines. No two trips are ever the same!<\/p>\n<h2>After the trip \u2013 Hot showers and great memories<\/h2>\n<p>Back at the base, you can shower, change into dry clothes, and warm up. We offer full changing and restroom facilities.<\/p>\n<p>Photos are taken during the trip, and you&#8217;ll have the option to purchase them afterwards \u2013 a perfect way to remember your adventure and show off your river skills!<\/p>\n<p>Many guests choose to grab a bite to eat nearby or head back to their cabin, campsite, or hotel in Geilo.
